Any person can enter a contest (except for best of day) even if the artist is not at the convention. Best of Day tattoos must be started and completed the day of the entry. Tattoos cannot be started earlier than the opening time each day!

Contest entries need to be completed 15 min before the contest.

Contest Entries are $15 and registration is by the stage.
